Change a Car on Your Policy 

To change a car on your policy please call or email us the following:

• Your name and policy number
• Year, make and model of the car to be added
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN number)
• Driver's date of birth and license number
• Date you want this change to be effective
• Name that will be on the title
• Name and address of loan or lease company
• What coverage you want on the new car
• Year, make and model of the car to be removed 

Add a Car to your Policy

To add a car to your policy please call or email us the following:

• Your name and policy number
• Year, make and model of the car to be added
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN number)
• Driver's date of birth and license number
• Date you want this car added to your policy
• Name that will be on title
• Name and address of loan or lease company
• What coverage do you want on the new car

Remove a Car from your Policy

To remove a car from your policy please call or email us the following:

• Your name and policy number
• Year, make and model of the car to be removed
• Date you would like the car removed
